Position Overview
The Performance Marketing & Creative Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, producing high-converting digital assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This role requires strong creative design skill, knowledge of digital performance strategy, and the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT in-office.
You will be executing, not just ideating — this is an implementation-forward role.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Funnel Execution
- Create ad creatives and campaign assets for Meta, Google, Instagram, and remarketing funnels.
- Build, schedule, and optimize Mailchimp email campaigns and automated sequences.
- Create and deploy SMS marketing campaigns designed to drive response.
- Design and maintain conversion-focused landing pages to support campaign performance.
- Select, edit, and organize visual assets (photos, video clips, graphics) for web + social media.
Creative & Brand Development
- Follow and maintain the brand kit, typography, messaging tone, and visual identity.
- Apply neuromarketing and emotional engagement principles to content and layout.
- Use AI-assisted tools (copy, image, layout, workflows) to work efficiently and creatively.
Collaboration & Ownership
- Work in-office twice weekly to collaborate with Sales and IT for synchronized execution.
- Communicate proactively — speak up when clarity, support, or resources are required.
- Take initiative in improving campaign performance, design quality, and workflow speed.
- Handle fast-moving priorities and maintain composure under deadline-driven phases.
What We Are Looking ForExperience & Skills
- 3–4+ years experience in digital marketing execution or performance-oriented content creation.
- Strong graphic design foundation — portfolio required.
- Proficiency in:
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign minimum)
- Mailchimp
- Meta Ads content creation (no need to manage the ad account — we have senior strategy)
- Understanding of landing page conversion principles and user pathways.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled design and content tools to accelerate deliverables.

Pay: $37,848.74-$65,543.78 per year
