Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of personal lines products, including Home, Condo, Tenant, Seasonal Home, Rental & Vacant Homes, Agro, Auto, Annual Medical, and Travel Insurance, by addressing client needs, providing quotes, placing coverage, and offering trusted support throughout.
• Maintain a strong understanding of a wide range of personal lines products and confidently manage policies using our company portals.
• Assist with coverage changes and accurately issue binders, certificates, and endorsements.
• Handle claims support with empathy and professionalism, and work to retain clients by managing cancellation requests thoughtfully.
• Oversee the full renewal process, including remarketing policies and helping clients find the best ongoing coverage options.
• Support clients throughout their insurance journey, from initial setup to claims and renewals, ensuring they feel informed and cared for every step of the way.
