About us
Free validated parking. No methadone.
Opening Hours: 9:30AM - 5:30PM (MON - FRI, closed weekends and holidays)
7-8 hour shifts / 4-5 days per week
Duties:
- Prepare and package medications in blister packs and dispill packaging
- Assist pharmacist in dispensing medications to patients
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Enter prescriptions in an efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Process insurance claims and handle billing procedures
- Follow all safety and quality control protocols
- Clean and maintain pharmacy equipment and work areas
Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience using Fillware paperless software
- Minimum 1 year Ontario pharmacy experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
