Woodfire and Wings is a vibrant and rapidly growing restaurant & take away located in Clondalkin. Our mission is to offer an exceptional dining experience with a focus on quality, flavour, and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef with experience working with wood-fired ovens. The ideal candidate will have a love for pizza-making, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're excited about creating high-quality pizzas and want to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook wood-fired pizzas, ensuring high-quality standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Handle dough preparation, sauces, toppings, and cooking in a wood-fired oven.
- Create specialty pizzas and adapt to customer requests, including customizing toppings.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper inventory of ingredients and notify management of shortages.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour
