Holland Marsh Wineries is looking for a pizza maker. We are an award winning boutique winery dedicated to producing the highest quality of wine and now - Pizza! Responsibilities include opening and closing the pizza truck located right on site. Join our growing team and organization by providing the best tasting wood-fired pizza's in the area.

Job Outline:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Hand-stretching dough and cooking in a wood-fired oven
• Managing inventory of pizza truck supplies and ingredients
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service and hospitality to winery guests
• Working effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

- Some prior baking/pizza making experience

- Food Handlers Certificate, WHMIS

- Reliable form of transportation

- *Must be available on the weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and available to work from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm*

This position is available immediately once the right candidate is chosen.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Cooking/Baking: 1 year (preferred)
• Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
