Position Summary:
This is a key role for someone who knows their way around a kitchen. We are seeking a Prep Cook who can efficiently handle prep duties, especially vegetable cutting, and contribute to a smooth night-time operation.

Shift Timing:
Night shift starting after 11 PM (flexible hours but mostly late night)

Responsibilities:

• Properly cut and prepare vegetables and ingredients with precision
• Portion and prep sauces, meats, and other items for service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
• Assist with general kitchen duties and cleaning
• Ensure all prep work is completed efficiently and on time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen/prep cook experience required
• Must know how to cut vegetables properly and handle kitchen knives confidently
• Punctuality is very important – must be consistently on time for late-night shifts
• Must have own vehicle/transportation (public transit may not be available late at night)
• Ability to work independently and manage prep tasks
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Must be reliable and a team player
