Procurement Intern – Your future position?

Are you interested to explore an opportunity in procurement or supply chain management? At Givaudan, you will support the daily tasks for our sourcing, contracting, and project management activities.

Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8

Reporting to: Regional Category Manager CAPEX APAC

Main Responsibilities

Vendor Creation Support:

Help in the preparation and processing of vendor creation requests.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information for vendor onboarding.

Contract Management / Contract Depository Maintenance:

Help manage procurement contracts, including tracking key dates and deliverables.
Help maintain an organised contract depository, ensuring all contracts are filed and easily accessible.

Tender Preparation Support:

Help prepare tender documents, including gathering specifications and requirements from stakeholders.
Help manage records related to the tender process.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Support data entry tasks related to procurement activities and vendor information.
Help generate reports and presentations for procurement meetings.

Sustainability Support:

Support Responsible Sourcing Supplier acknowledge and follow up actions
Help with Ecovadis Supplier acknowledge and follow up actions
Assist on plastic reduction initiatives

Payment Term Negotiations Support:

Assist in Payment Term negotiation with suppliers.
