Procurement & Inventory Executive

Procurement
- Raise Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved requirements
- Coordinate with domestic & international suppliers for pricing, lead time, and availability
- Track order confirmations, production timelines, and shipment schedules
- Follow up on imports: invoices, packing lists, BOE, customs coordination (with CHA)
- Maintain vendor master data and purchase history
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP (inward, outward, transfers)
- Ensure minimum stock levels and alert management on reorder points
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical vs system stock
- Track batch/serial numbers where applicable
- Identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory
Dispatch & Logistics
- Plan dispatches based on sales orders and delivery commitments
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and warehouses
- Ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation
- Share dispatch details and tracking information with sales and customers
- Handle return material (RMA) and inward logistics
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily / weekly inventory & dispatch reports
- Share purchase status and ETA updates with sales & management
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Accounts, and Project teams
- Ensure SOP compliance and continuous process improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,554.48 - ₹33,242.94 per month
