Product Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our clients’ digital products & services in different domains, while also ensuring a seamless user experience. You will also have the opportunity to work on various types of digital products ranging from websites to native apps and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centered designs that meet clients’ business and user goals.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and development teams.
• Conduct lean user research, user testing, and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience for our clients’ products.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for our clients’ digital products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our clients’ products are modern and competitive.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or media field
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and UX/UI design skills.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills (English). Knowledge of German is an added benefit.
• Proactive and self-sufficient work ethic
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Proficiency in Webflow is an added benefit
