We are looking for a creative and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our clients’ digital products & services in different domains, while also ensuring a seamless user experience. You will also have the opportunity to work on various types of digital products ranging from websites to native apps and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centered designs that meet clients’ business and user goals.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and development teams.
Conduct lean user research, user testing, and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience for our clients’ products.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for our clients’ digital products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our clients’ products are modern and competitive.

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
Bachelor’s degree in design or media field
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and UX/UI design skills.
Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Great communication skills (English). Knowledge of German is an added benefit.
Proactive and self-sufficient work ethic
Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
Proficiency in Webflow is an added benefit
