here is what you will do when you join as a part of the team.
what will you do:
- coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Product, Tech and Business teams to understand the platforms, systems and architecture for information & process flow
- identify failure nodes and dig deeper to arrive at the source and failure reasons
- maintain regular communications with key team members across the org, and you will ensure seamless communication with Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Data analytics and other partner teams
- track core business metrics related to the product suite and iterate on product / business improvement plans
- build a deep understanding of the product, business, workflows, API’s, customer experience, fund flows, lender expectations, dashboards, reports etc
- own end to end experience for customer journey interactions by looking at current state, identifying opportunities for improvement and coordinating with stakeholders to improve experience in a scalable manner
- be curious, deploy first principles thinking and question norms/as-is processes to ideate/create and lead new projects focused with measurable goals and business impact
- display structured problem-solving skills and use a systematic, disciplined and fact-based process to get RCAs and solve them
- hands on experience of Loan Management system (LMS), creation of SOPs for existing Issues and upcoming projects, operationalize the product/process.
you should apply if you:
- are a graduate with 4+ years of work experience in lending domain
- strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interacting with stakeholders/leadership
- experience of working with product based startups would be a plus
- data driven - you seek out to use data to align teams and drive strategic decisions
- you always get the data you need and distill it into insightful stories
