Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our multi-asset digital brokerage platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Futures, FX, and Equities, combined with a good understanding of technology, user experience (UX), and regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with product strategy, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering best-in-class trading solutions to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • End-to-End Product Development: Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and UX teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Market & User Research: Assess consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to develop differentiated products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products adhere to global and local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Platform Optimization: Continuously enhance platform performance, security, and scalability to support business growth.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve potential risks or dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear project updates, manage expectations clearly, and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • BAU & Operational Support: Oversee platform stability and operations, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Product Management within a digital brokerage, trading platform, or fintech environment, preferably with exposure to Futures and FX.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of trading platforms, order execution, system integrations, and the operational mechanics of relevant product classes.
  • Regulatory Acumen: Familiarity with financial market regulations (e.g. MAS) and risk management principle.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage, negotiate, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Regional & Language Skills: Experience working with Chinese-speaking teams is a plus as this role would require constant communication with counterparts and partners based in China.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $6,500.00 per month
