Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and reliable Production Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a specialized trade, and takes pride in contributing to high-quality production. No prior experience is required — we will provide training for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials for production by accurately cutting textiles for sewing.
- Operate a stamping machine to cut patterns with precision.
- Organize and stage materials to keep production running smoothly.
- Read and follow cutting tickets to prepare bins for assembly.
- Assist with molding plastic components as part of the production process.

Hours of operation:
M-F: 8 AM-3 PM – Flexible schedule
Position will start part time with opportunity to advance to full time.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Have a safety-first mentality
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $18.50 per hour
