About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end production process across our tailoring category.

Working closely with suppliers, factories, freight partners and internal teams, you'll help ensure products are delivered on time, meet our premium quality standards and are accurately maintained across our production systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and wants to build their career within apparel production.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating bulk fabric and trim orders with local and offshore suppliers
• Raising and managing purchase orders through AP21
• Monitoring production timelines and proactively following up with suppliers
• Preparing and measuring pre-production and shipping samples for fittings
• Supporting sample approvals and communicating feedback to suppliers
• Updating production trackers, BOMs and system information accurately
• Coordinating shipments and maintaining production schedules
• Supporting quality assurance activities and product compliance
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, freight partners and internal stakeholders
• Identifying production risks and escalating issues to ensure on-time delivery
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Production team

Skills and Experiences:
About You

You're someone who enjoys keeping multiple projects moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate confidently with suppliers and stakeholders, and enjoy solving problems before they become bigger issues.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator or similar apparel production role
• Experience within fashion, apparel or textiles (menswear experience highly regarded)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence working with suppliers and managing production timelines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience using AP21 or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
• Proficiency across Microsoft Excel and production tracking systems
