Production Coordinator job functions:

Establish, build and maintain relationships with Customers.

Schedule pick ups and manage logistics for transporting products to Customers and Company facilities.

Communicate effectively and professionally, via email, phone and in person, with Management Team, Vendors and Staff.

Review open orders for timely delivery to support production run.

Review inventory issues that demand immediate attention.

Plan and participate in quarterly inventories, assist with inventory reports.

Develop, maintain and promote 5S in warehouses.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Customers and staff.

Ability to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

Time management, problem solving skills and leadership qualities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, an individual should meet these minimum education and experience requirements:

1 Year similar job experience or on the job training

Knowledge of IQMS system a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

To perform the job successfully, an individual should be able to meet the physical requirements of the position:

The employee is required to stand, use hands and fingers to handle and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must also be able to bend frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Occasional use of a forklift.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in office, manufacturing and warehouse environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
