Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all company policies and ensure safety procedures are a priority.
• Prepare and maintain concrete forms for production.
• Clean, oil, and stack forms and blocks as needed.
• Assist with material handling and keep our work environment clean.
• Operate small tools and equipment safely.
• Support team members and maintain a positive attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
