Production & Operations

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities as per production targets.
• Ensure smooth running of machines and optimal utilization of manpower and resources.
• Achieve production quantity and quality targets within given timelines.
• Monitor yarn quality parameters such as count variation, strength, and defects.
• Control waste, downtime, and conversion cost.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

Labour Handling & Shift Management

• Handle all labour-related activities on the shop floor.
• Prepare and manage shift allotments and duty rosters.
• Ensure proper deployment of workers as per machine and production requirements.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of workers.
• Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Handle worker issues, grievances, and motivate the team for better performance.

Production Planning & Reporting

• Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and manpower records.
• Track actual production vs target and take corrective actions when needed.
• Report production status, challenges, and improvements to management regularly.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company SOPs.
• Implement safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the production area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Spinning: 3 years (Required)
