We operate two production facilities in Ontario, located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our team takes pride in building quality equipment that supports livestock farming, and we work in a positive environment where people value teamwork, reliability, and doing the job right.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to keep things moving, and has a talent for making sense of a wide range of parts and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, actively engaging on the floor while supporting your team’s performance and growth
• Receive production targets and ensure the right staffing and task delegation to meet them
• Provide effective, hands-on training and coaching to employees
• Promote and uphold a positive, team-oriented culture – addressing concerns quickly and constructively
• Monitor productivity and product quality, offering guidance and correction as needed
• Provide feedback to management to improve processes and support continuous improvement
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance, and performance feedback

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has 5+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Has 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Is a natural busy-body who thrives in a hands-on environment
• Values attitude and teamwork – knows how to lead without toxicity and contribute to a positive culture
• Has strong organizational skills and can handle large volumes of part numbers and details with ease
• Communicates clearly, inspires accountability, and knows how to balance encouragement with discipline
• Has solid computer skills (Excel, ERP) and strong problem-solving ability
