Job Description: As a Dim Sum Factory Supervisor and Driver, you will play a crucial role in our pau/dim sum production/event handling process and ensure timely deliveries to our customers and customer resolution. This position is a blend of responsibilities in the factory and on the road. Working hours is usually around 7am - 1pm. Factory is at FoodXchange @ Admiralty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of day-to-day operations and staff of the company, including being on site for events, ensuring production and stock is in a healthy level and dealing with contingency situation.
- On certain days where there is excess demand, to assist with delivery, which includes load and unload products for delivery, ensuring all items are secure for transport. Safely drive company vehicles to deliver paus and dim sum to customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Other ad-hoc requirements as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in food production or delivery is a plus but not required.
- Reasonable physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry goods.
- Good time management skills and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $1,750.00 - $2,000.00 per month
