About the Role:
MPK is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team based the Bowen Basin, Queensland on either a 10:4 or 7:7 roster. The successful candidate will have a proactive and reliable work ethic accompanied by a commitment towards constantly improving your skills. Strong communication skills will see you excel in this position! You will assist with a range of duties including:
Facilitating the development and collation of month reports for internal and external release
Assist with the company onboarding and induction process
Assist in the administration of IVMS system, reporting and corrective actions
Assist in maintaining online digital platform report system
Manage the mobilisation of all site personnel including travel and accommodation bookings for Project employees
Oversee management of camp capacity limits and communications
Coordinate the management of weekly timesheets for payroll, including collating and coding data
Assist Project team with procurement activities where required including raising purchase orders, coding of invoices and placing stationery orders for site offices
Manage adhoc administrative support duties as directed by Project Management Team
Assist with cost reconciliations where required including Visa Card statements, receipting and supplying relevant information to Accounts Payable for processing
Maintain and manage various spreadsheets and reporting data in line with project requirements
Assist with other site duties as required, including pickups and delivery of gear to the jobsite and other duties directed by the Superintendent but only after all dockets for day work have been checked and received
Skills and Experiences:
About You:
Previous experience in a Business or Administrative support role desired
Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally and deliver outstanding customer service
A down-to-earth, mature and approachable manner. Exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively without close supervision and to be accountable for own performance
Ability to work a 10:4 or 7:7 roster on a DIDO arrangement - meals and accommodation will be provided
