A Project Coordinator supports project managers in planning, execution, tracking, and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate between internal teams (design, development, marketing, vendors)
  • Track project progress and update schedules, task lists, and reports
  • Organize meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and shared files
  • Support risk identification and escalate issues when required
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes and SOPs
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders professionally

Required Skills

  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / Docs
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira (basic level)
  • Good coordination and time-management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Freshers welcome (internship or academic project experience is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
