Job scope

· Lead multiple New Product Development of medical device project.

· Report, track and update the progress in terms of changes, priority and strategy to meet the goals set.

· Prepare breakdown cost, manage quotation for all RFQ and price negotiation with customers.

· Project planning, coordinating and ensure good control and progress of project.

· BOM and other documents creation, revision control and maintenance.

· Liaise with SCM team to procure materials and equipment for new production floor, lead and build ESD production floor for medical device products.

· Able to hands-on and train operator and technician on assembly process, testing, and packaging of medical devices.

· Preparation for audit ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 in terms of documentation and production floor readiness.

Requirement

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering with experience seeing projects through the full cycle.

Well sense of responsibility and used to work under pressure.

Proven track record of project engineering and project leadership. Highly skilled in communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, resource management and allocation.

Can read/write and speak Mandarin would be a big plus.

Experience working with multiple functions/levels of the organization.

Relevant skillset knowledge of Quality System like ISO 9001, 13485.

Experience in manufacturing industries (e.g.: medical, medical assembly, PCBA and molding) will be an advantage.

Must be able to understand and read technical drawings.

Computer literate and good at Microsoft, especially Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
