We are seeking a project manager to join our office team here in Corballa Co.Sligo .

In your role as a Project Manager , you will be a key element in ensuring domestic retro projects are executed efficiently and safely.

You will manage the overall process, addressing technical and procedural risks that commonly arise during domestic renovations that aim to enhance energy efficiency. This responsibility involves rigorous oversight of design, specification, and the monitoring of post-installation performance to ensure compliance with the industry standard.

As part of your duties, you oversee our project coordinators and the direction of each project, ensuring that all specifications, procurement, and delivery of measures meet the required standards.

Within this you become an advocate for homeowners, helping them navigate the journey of retrofitting their home . Your expertise from the industry already gained will contribute to Brusna Energy Solutions delivering their retrofit projects efficiently .

Responsibilities;

Your role as a Retrofit Coordinator is multifaceted, focusing on effectively managing retro projects and the project management team while driving sustainability and ensuring compliance with industry standards .

Project Management

You are tasked with leading retrofit projects from inception to completion. This includes careful planning, scheduling, and execution of energy efficiency upgrades, ensuring all are delivered on time and within the agreed budget.

Engagement

You must effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of clients, sub-contractors nd installers. Engaging with senior management and try handling their expectations is also key for successful project delivery.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Your responsibility is to ensure that all retrofit works comply with Industry guidelines and standards. Monitoring and evaluation of the projects to maintain high quality and adherence to guidelines are paramount.

Financial Management

You will oversee the financial aspects of retrofit projects, managing costs, and keeping track of the budgetary status. This includes the accurate forecasting of expenses and control of project expenses to ensure financial viability.

Operations and Coordination

You are in charge of coordinating the efforts of members of the project coordination team , service providers for alterations to enable works . Your coordination will cover all logistics related to the delivery of materials and services on-site.

Aftercare and Improvement

After the project handover, you'll oversee aftercare, handling any complaints or escalation processes. You’ll also identify opportunities for improvement in energy assessments and the customer experience.

Education:

• Dip /Bachelor's (preferred)

· - Technical competence and experience in general construction .

· - Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.

· - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· - Proven management experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €45,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
