Property Administrator - Regina, SK

About the role

We are hiring a practical, organized Property Administrator to support day-to-day leasing, tenant communication, file administration, and property coordination in Regina. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and keep details from slipping through the cracks.

You will work across leasing, administration, tenant support, owner/vendor coordination, and property follow-up. Some days are office-heavy; other days involve showings, move-in or move-out coordination, site visits, or meeting vendors at properties.

What you'll do

- Respond quickly and professionally to rental inquiries by phone, email, and text

- Coordinate and host showings for available rental properties in Regina

- Support application processing, reference checks, lease paperwork, and move-in steps

- Keep tenant, lease, and property records accurate and up to date

- Help coordinate maintenance follow-up between tenants, vendors, and the property management team

- Support lease renewals, notices, move-out coordination, inspections, and turnover scheduling

- Prepare clear updates for internal team members, property owners, tenants, and vendors

- Track local rental market activity and share useful observations with the team

What we're looking for

- 1+ year of experience in property management, leasing, real estate administration, customer service, office administration, or a similar operations role

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable handling tenant conversations with calm, professionalism, and follow-through

- Organized enough to manage multiple open tasks without losing the details

- Comfortable using software tools, online forms, email, calendars, and shared records daily

- Valid Saskatchewan driver's license and reliable transportation for local property visits

- Eligibility to work in Canada

Nice to have

- Property management, leasing, or real estate office experience

- Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance, inspections, or tenant move-ins/move-outs

- Familiarity with property management software or CRM systems

- Existing knowledge of the Regina rental market

Compensation and benefits

- Salary: $44,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience

- Full-time, permanent role

- Health/dental benefits available after the applicable waiting period

- Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
