Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to property management. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring the properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring favorable terms for both the property owner and tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with vendors for property repairs and maintenance services, ensuring timely completion of work.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones through exceptional service.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and customer relationship management systems.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to effectively market properties and negotiate leases.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with tenants and vendors.
- Knowledge of Quickbook is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirement
English fluent and functional French
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
