About the Role:

As our Property Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations across a diverse portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants are happy. You’ll manage leases, budgets, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with speed and style
• Manage tenant inquiries and foster positive relations
• Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and compliance
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with contractors and service providers
• Ensure properties meet legal and safety standards

You're Perfect For This If You:

• Have prior property management experience in residential, condo and commercial (2+ years preferred)
• Are a pro with software tools like Yardi, or similar
• Possess outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Know how to get the job done
