Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more residential or mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining high-quality living experiences for residents while maximizing property performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and vendor relations
  • Market vacant units and conduct showings, lease signings, and move-in/move-out inspections
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee maintenance staff and third-party contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders and property upkeep
  • Collect rent, process payments, and enforce lease terms including initiation of eviction proceedings when necessary
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reporting to senior management
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local housing codes
  • Coordinate lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maintain high occupancy rates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management software
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential or commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and lease administration
  • Proven track record of maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with property management software (rent manager)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Real estate license or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
  • Experience managing multi-family residential communities
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
