Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership abilities to ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and efficiently managed. This role requires a combination of project management, supervisory experience, and technical expertise in industrial maintenance systems to optimize property performance and tenant satisfaction.

Duties

• Oversee property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Manage vendor relationships for services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using schematics and technical manuals
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Lead project management efforts for renovations or upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain detailed records of property activities, inspections, and repairs
• Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members to resolve issues promptly
• Ensure all electrical systems, low voltage wiring, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial systems are functioning properly

Skills

• Proven management and supervisory experience in property or facilities management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, electrical wiring, PLCs, schematics, and industrial maintenance
• Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
• Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and tenant interaction
• Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical systems, HVAC, low voltage wiring, and industrial environments
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing property operations

Pay: $25,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
