Job Summary

ADAS High Precision LLP is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to ensure that machined components meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for in-process and final inspection of high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspection of CNC machined parts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerance specifications
• Use measuring instruments such as:
• Vernier caliper
• Micrometer (OD/ID/Depth)
• Bore gauge
• Height gauge
• Thread gauges (API, UN, Metric)
• Surface roughness tester
• Prepare inspection reports, FAI reports, and dimensional reports
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and API standards (if applicable)
• Identify non-conformances and raise NCR reports
• Coordinate with production for corrective actions
• Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments
• Support internal and customer audits

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years experience in QA/QC inspection (CNC machining preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances
• Experience in oilfield or aerospace components is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel for reporting)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of API standards
• Experience with thread inspection (Buttress, ACME, Stub ACME, etc.)
• Familiarity with CMM inspection
• Understanding of surface finish requirements (Ra values)
