Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our production team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality and maintaining smooth production operations. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in quality inspection and basic equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product on the production line and remove unacceptable or defective items
• Monitor product quality to ensure company standards are met
• Learn and operate a robotic gripper system, including starting and stopping procedures
• Operate a lift truck (forklift) to dump hoppers as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform light maintenance duties including oiling and greasing equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained/certified)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
