Join our team at Haywood Concrete Products, a leading provider of top tier precast
concrete products. We’re seeking a meticulous Precast Quality Control Technician to
ensure the excellence of our manufacturing process. Industry experience is desired, but we are prepared to train the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities
● Conduct thorough inspection of raw materials, mold, and finished precast products to ensure compliance with quality standards
● Monitor and document production processes
● Maintain accurate quality control records
● Read blueprints and ensure product is correct
● Perform testing of concrete plastic and cured (i.e. air, slump, cylinder breaks etc.)
● Record all necessary information as per specifications

Qualifications & Experience
● Previous experience in quality control is required. Previous experience in precast concrete is a definite asset.
● Ability to read blueprints and a measuring tape (in/ft and cm/m) required
● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
● Effective communication and problem-solving skills
● Must be able to work alone, take direction and be punctual
● Must be able to work in a team environment
● Some lifting is required (not over 50 lbs)
● Ability to communicate effectively, write reports, test results etc. in both written and oral English
● Strong time management and multitasking skills

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

• Haywood, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• Quality Control: 1 year (preferred)
