Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Officer / Executive / Manager
Department: Quality Assurance
Industry: Pharmaceutical / Biotech
*Key Responsibilities:*
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all processes comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
Documentation: Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and other quality-related documents.
Deviation & CAPA Handling: Investigate deviations, raise Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and ensure timely closure.
Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits and support external audits (regulatory and client audits).
Change Control: Review and manage change control processes to assess impact on product quality.
Product Release: Authorize release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods after quality checks.
Training: Conduct or coordinate training programs for GMP, hygiene, and other quality systems.
*Key Skills Required:*
Strong understanding of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
Problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
*Qualifications:*
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc in a relevant field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
