What You’ll Do

Ensure Precision at Every Stage
Conduct inspections before, during, and after production using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and other precision tools.

Uphold Standards
Verify parts meet blueprint specifications, AS9100/ISO 9001 requirements, and customer standards. Accept or reject products with confidence.

Drive Compliance
Adhere to strict safety and quality protocols, support environmental health policies, and maintain organized documentation.

Collaborate for Continuous Improvement
Partner with production teams to resolve issues and refine processes, ensuring quality is built into every step.

Adapt & Support
Perform receiving inspections, first-piece approvals, and random in-process checks. Flexibility to take on additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of quality inspection experience (defense/aerospace sectors a plus).
• Proficiency with hand tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) and blueprint reading.
• Experience with CMM required
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work Night Shift (required) and relocate to Saginaw, MI in necessary.
