Quantity Surveyor

Location: Denmark
Job Type: Full-time / Contract
Project: Major Data Center Project
Rotation / Travel: Project based role

DECI Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a major mission critical data center project in Denmark.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist engineering and commissioning company delivering complex, high-profile projects across Europe. You will be part of a strong commercial team supporting cost management and project delivery on a large-scale live data center project.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, supporting commercial performance and ensuring strong financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project cost control and commercial reporting across the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans and financial forecasts
  • Administer subcontractor packages including procurement, valuations and final accounts
  • Prepare and review payment applications, variations and change management processes
  • Monitor project expenditure and track cost performance against budgets
  • Identify, assess and manage commercial risks and opportunities
  • Support tendering and procurement activities where required
  • Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment
  • Assist with preparation of monthly cost reports and commercial updates
  • Support negotiation of subcontractor packages and commercial agreements
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and commercial procedures
  • Contribute to successful financial delivery of the project

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, engineering or mission critical projects
  • Experience within data centers or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration and commercial processes
  • Experience managing subcontractor packages and valuations
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and commercial documentation
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
  • Willingness to be based on site in Denmark

Desirable

  • Data center or mission critical project experience
  • MEP experience preferred
  • Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract forms
  • International project experience beneficial

Pay: 46.500,00kr. - 55.800,00kr. per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
