Senior Quantity Surveyor

eir business talent is currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for major build long term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value projects across multiple sectors, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.

The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take responsibility for leading the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
You will play a key role as a Commercial Lead, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and overall commercial performance across all project stages.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Proven experience operating at Senior QS or Commercial Lead level
• Strong knowledge of RIAI, GCC, and bespoke forms of contract
• Experience working on medium to large-scale projects (industrial, commercial, pharma, education)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• IT literate, with experience in software such as Cubit, CostX, or COINS desirable
• Full driving licence
