Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Admin Assistant Wanted (Polk County, FL)

Here's what you’ll do:

• Create and schedule real estate content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Edit short-form video clips for reels and stories (you don’t need to be a pro editor, just resourceful and creative)
• Assist with basic admin tasks: CRM updates, listing marketing, email campaigns, etc.
• Track engagement and brainstorm creative ways to build our brand presence
• Stay on top of trends (and maybe even set a few of your own)
