Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team at Real Beez. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting property visits, and achieving monthly sales targets with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential buyers and build strong client relationships.
  • Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients.
  • Conduct site visits and provide complete project information.
  • Negotiate and close property sales effectively.
  • Maintain client databases and follow up on leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
  • Represent the company professionally in client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
  • Positive attitude and passion for sales.

Benefits:

  • Fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000.
  • Incentive of ₹50,000 per sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,730.97 - ₹30,792.06 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Real estate sales: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Hindi (Required)
  • Telugu (Required)
  • English (Required)

Location:

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
