Greet students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional manner. Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails. Maintain student entry register and visitor logbook. Provide information about courses, fees, batch timings, and admission process. Guide walk-in inquiries and forward leads to the counselor/admission department. Handle daily office tasks—photocopy, printing, maintaining files and documents. Manage student attendance records. Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management for schedules and meetings. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist in organizing seminars, interviews, grooming sessions, and academy events. Maintain discipline and support students with basic queries. Perform any additional duties assigned by the administration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
