Main responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
- To anticipate guest's needs and ensure that service is exceptional
- Work with the Front Office team to complete the tasks for the day
- Handle any guest's concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- The shifts will include weekend work. This is a part time role
The ideal candidate for this position:
- A minimum of 1 years previous Hotel Reception experience
- Previous Hotsoft knowledge is desirable
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Professional demeanour and excellent grooming standards
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to cope well under pressure
