Il Garden Hotel Bellariva di Molveno è alla ricerca di un/una Receptionist da inserire nel proprio team per la stagione estiva 2026, da fine maggio a fine settembre.
La figura selezionata si occuperà di:
- Accoglienza degli ospiti e gestione del front office
- Assistenza al cliente durante il soggiorno
- Gestione di check-in e check-out
- Risposta a email e richieste telefoniche
Requisiti richiesti:
- Ottime capacità relazionali e gentilezza nel rapporto con gli ospiti
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (altre lingue costituiscono titolo preferenziale)
- Buona dimestichezza con il computer
- Precisione, affidabilità e spirito di collaborazione
- Esperienza nel ruolo (preferibile ma non indispensabile)
