We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming experience for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and good organizational abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk and reception activities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and support office staff when required
  • Handle basic administrative and documentation work
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist in office coordination and communication

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
  • Good organizational and time-management skills

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
