- Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; schedule appointments accordingly
- Manage and update electronic health records and patient information accurately
- Process patient intake forms and ensure required documentation is complete
- Handle billing, insurance verifications, and point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calming reception area
- Coordinate practitioner schedules and communicate changes as needed
- Provide information about clinic services, treatments, and wellness products
- Monitor inventory of front desk and clinic supplies; reorder when necessary
- Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
- Support clinic events, workshops, and promotional activities when applicable
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support clinic operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
