Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, particularly within a dental setting.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for dental services.
- Handle patient records, ensuring all files are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process patient information through office management software's.
- Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
