Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities. The Recruiter will play a vital role in building our talent pipeline through strategic sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement to support organizational growth and employee relations initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies utilizing HR sourcing techniques, social media platforms, cold calling, and lead generation.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
Negotiate offers with candidates and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive candidate experience and support employee relations initiatives.

Qualifications

Must have demonstrated experience sourcing, screening, and onboarding Owner Operators and Company Drivers for Canada and U.S. lanes, including understanding of FMCSA/DOT and Canadian compliance requirements.
Strong negotiation skills and experience conducting interviews effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
Experience with sales or lead generation is a plus for proactive sourcing strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
