Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are scaling up and looking for an aggressive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring and support business growth by bringing in the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment from job requisition to offer closure

 Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Workindia), LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, etc.

 Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews

 Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & hiring managers

 Ensure a positive candidate experience by facilitating smooth onboarding process, documentation etc.

 Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

 Stakeholder management & vendor management

Requirements:

 Graduate/Postgraduate (HR preferred).

 Must have understanding of different roles across all corporate functions

 Strong communication and coordination skills.

 Hands-on experience with Naukri/LinkedIn or other Job boards.

 Ability to manage multiple open positions.

 Candidate must be having a hunger to learn & grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
