What you will do
- Source and screen candidates using our in-house AI recruiting tool
- Coordinate with clients and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate pipelines and track progress across active roles
- Attend 1 to 2 in-person feedback meetings per week (Delhi NCR)
- Handle written coordination with minimal phone-call dependency
What we are looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Delhi University (DU only)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Organised, reliable, and self-driven. You own your work without hand-holding
- Comfortable working on a screen and learning new tools quickly
- No prior experience required. Hunger matters more than history
