GD Resources is looking for a skilled and resourceful Full-time Recruiter to support our hiring efforts across both IT and non-IT roles, with a particular focus on improving job order fulfillment. Candidate must have experience in US IT and Non-IT recruitment, strong pipeline management, and a proactive approach to sourcing talent using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

During slower recruitment periods, the recruiter should be open to assisting with general administrative and business development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process for both IT and non-IT roles across the U.S.
• Build, maintain, and actively manage diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the process.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools/platforms to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative and operational tasks as needed during downtime.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in U.S. full-cycle recruitment, covering both IT and non-IT roles (must already understand U.S. hiring practices, compliance, and market trends).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
