Daffodil Care Services are currently recruiting a Regional Manager for our mainstream residential care services in Kells, Ballbriggan and Dunleer.
As a Regional Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the effective management and oversight of residential centres within the region. This includes overseeing all aspects of service delivery to ensure the provision of safe, therapeutic environments for young people, in accordance with the National Standards governing Children’s Residential Centres.
You will lead and support Social Care Managers and their teams, working closely with the Director of Services to model, lead, develop and promote professional social care and safety practice that delivers positive outcomes for young people and their families.

About The Role
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years’ social care management experience within Children’s Residential Care
- A minimum Level 8 qualification in Social Care, or a Level 7 qualification in Social Care along with a relevant management qualification
- Strong experience and a demonstrated ability to empower and lead others to achieve excellence
- Essential personal attributes including flexibility, a proactive problem-solving approach, empathy and maturity
- A current, full clean driving licence prior to commencement of employment
