Regional Program Manager, Front End Planning And Pre-Construction

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in technical projects or program management
  • Experience in the construction industry, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of corporate design/construction
  • Experience in the design-build environment for mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers, pharma, industrial)
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related commercial or technical field
  • Experience with data center projects
  • Professional qualifications in cost, risk and contract management
  • Achieved or working towards Chartered/Professional status within a recognized professional institution
  • Recognized formal project management and program management qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Be the single point of contact for project-specific early stage program management in line with established project guardrails.
  • Manage site-specific seed and campus development funding.
  • Manage architects, engineers, project controls vendors, and contractors.
  • Support the energy and location strategy team with technical due diligence.
  • Establish project guardrail metrics to develop project capacity, resource, schedule, and cost plans.
