We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality resident care, lead nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

• Develop and implement resident care plans and nursing strategies

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Administer medications and document treatments, resident conditions, and changes in status

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with facility standards

• Ensure all state, federal, and facility safety regulations and procedures are followed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and resident-focused environment

• Utilize nursing equipment and supplies according to established procedures

• Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition

• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned

RN Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program

• Active RN license in the state of practice

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
