Reservation Executive
Location: Delhi
Industry: Hospitality / Hotels & Resorts
Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservation enquiries
- Manage calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries
- Prepare and share quotations
- Handle FIT, Group, Corporate and Travel Agent bookings
- Follow up enquiries until confirmation
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales team
- Manage OTA/direct booking enquiries
- Maintain reservation and enquiry trackers
- Upsell rooms and meal packages
- Ensure accurate guest and booking information
Preferred Candidate:
✅ Hotel reservation/front-office experience preferred
✅ Knowledge of PMS and OTAs preferred
✅ Good English & Hindi communication
✅ Strong WhatsApp, email and computer skills
✅ Good sales and follow-up
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
